hypnosis

the definition of:  Hypnosis in psychotherapy “Hypnotherapy” has been used to help people for decades and evolving scientific research has helped us to understand how and why this field of psychology works so effectively. A therapist uses relaxation techniques and then Neuro linguistics patterns during trance, enabling the client’s subconscious mind to focus on positive change.

As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I am committed to continual personal development, keeping abreast of any new research, and improving our therapy in line with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and their strict codes of conduct.
